Composition

Ingredients
Satin Creme Cake Egg Free 500g
Refined flour 100g
Fat 400g
Sugar (powdered) 50g
Salt 5g
Coconut Powder 50g
Water 10g

Method

Cream the fat  in a mixing bowl till fluffy consistency.

While creaming  the fat  add  powdered sugar in it.

Add  Satin Creme Cake EF, Flour, Salt, and Coconut Powder in it & mix.

Add water if needed to combine the dough.

Divide the dough into 25 gms, shape it  & bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes .

For crunchy exteriror, dry it for 5 minutes.
