Mix Tegral Satin Purple Velvet EF and water at slow speed for 2 minutes and at medium speed for 3 minutes
Add oil and mix at speed for 2 minutes
Pour the batter in a greased mould and bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
Layer the sponge with whipped cream and thin layers of Fruitfil Blueberry in between
Finish the cake with whipped cream and decorate with coloured curls made with Carat Coverlux White.
Use Topfil Blueberry on top
