Method

For Vanilla Spomge

  1. Mix Tegral Sponge Egg Free  premix &  water with whisk  attachment for 1 minute at slow speed and 4 minutes at high speed.
  2. Add  oil &  2 minutes at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
  3. Pour the batter in greased moulds & bake at 160⁰C for 35-40 minutes.

 

For Tiramisu Mousse

  1. Mix Creamfil Classic Vanilla & Mascarpone  cheese evenly & cream it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Carat Supcercrem Moka in the cheese mixture.
  3. Fold semi whipped cream & fresh cream in above mixture.
  4. Blend to form a smooth mixture.

Assembly

  1. Layer & finish  the sponge with Tiramisu mousse.
  2. Pipe mousse drops on the cake  & dust cocoa powder on it.
  3. Decorate with square garnishes made with Carat Coverlux Dark.
