Deli Range (Orange & Caramel) 75

Working Method

Method
  1. Take Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark, add almond powder, eggs and boiled fresh orange paste. 
  2. Mix for 3 minutes with paddle attachment, add oil and mix it for 1 minute.
  3. Put the mixture into greased cake mould and bake it at 170°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

Truffle
  1. Warm the cream around 80°C add chopped chocolate and add into the cream & mix together to form a Truffle, add Deli Orange to the truffle and blend until properly mixed. 
  2. Keep it for cooling around 20 to 25 minutes. 
  3. Cut sponge layers as per the requirements. 
  4. Apply truffle & keep it for setting 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge. Decorate as shown in the picture. Your Orange Chocolate Cake is ready.
