Mix for 3 minutes with paddle attachment, add oil and mix it for 1 minute.
Put the mixture into greased cake mould and bake it at 170°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
Truffle
Warm the cream around 80°C add chopped chocolate and add into the cream & mix together to form a Truffle, add Deli Orange to the truffle and blend until properly mixed.
Keep it for cooling around 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut sponge layers as per the requirements.
Apply truffle & keep it for setting 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge. Decorate as shown in the picture. Your Orange Chocolate Cake is ready.
