Pour the batter in cake mould and bake at 170 for 30 minutes till baked.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Whip cream till you get soft peaks.
Add Deli Cheesecake & Cremfil Classic Vanilla in the same mixing bowl.
Mix at slow speed for 1 min.
White Chocolate Ganache
Make ganache with Carat Coverlux White and Cream & cool it.
Assembly
Cut sponge in three slices. Spread sugar syrup in sponge then apply cream cheese frosting in each layer & Cover it properly.
Add few drops of Green colour in White Chocolate Ganache mix well & heat little bit till flowing consistency.
Make a Light Green colour cream piping beg with star shape nozzle then drop at all around corners as in picture .
Spread Plan Bundi on the top & put some pani puri on the top. Then decorate it with them accordingly.
