Composition

Sponge
Tegral Sponge Egg Free 500g
Oil 20g
Water 250g
Honey Syrup
Water 250g
Sugar 50g
Honey 100g
Rose Cream
Cremfil Classic Vanilla 200g
Rose Water 50g
Whipped Cream 500g

Method

Basic Sponge

Mix Tegral Sponge Egg Free & Water at slow speed for 1 minute & at high speed for 3 minutes.

Add Oil & mix again at slow speed till oil dissolves.

Pour the batter into lined mould & bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes or till bake.

Honey Syrup

Boil water mixed with sugar & cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from flame & add honey to it.

Rose Cream

Mix rose water & Cremfil Classic Vanilla to form a smooth mixture.

Mix semi whipped cream to the mixture & mix evenly.

Assembly

Soak the sponge with honey syrup & layer with rose cream.

Decorate the cake with some chopped pistachio & rose petals.

Your Honey & Rose Cake is ready to serve.
