Working Method

  1. Use paddle attachment for mixing of Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free, water 6 orange zest. 
  2. Mix 1 minute at slow speed 6 & 3 minutes at medium speed. 
  3. Add oil 6 mix for 2 minutes. 
  4. Fill the batter in 6 inch greased ring. 
  5. Take lukewarm milk. Then add Bavarois and mix well, fold Ambiante whipped cream and Deli Cheesecake and Cremfil orange in the mixture.

  1. Cut sponge into 2 layers; one layer for base of cake and another for crumb.
  2. Put one layer in a ring & pipe cheese mixture on the sponge layer. 
  3. Set it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. 
  4. Remove the ring 6 cut into serving portion pieces. 
  5. Cover with crumb of the sponge. 
  6. Orange Bella cake is ready to serve.
