Mango Cake



  1. Mix Tegral Sponge Egg Free & Water using a whisk attachment at slow speed for 1 minute & at high speed for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add oil and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes
  3. Pour the batter in greased & lined moulds
  4. Bake in a pre - heated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.


  1. Layer the sponge  with whipped cream and thin layers of Fruitfill Mango  
  2. Finish the cake with whipped cream.
  3. Top the cake with Fruitfil Mango & decorate with  garnishes made with Carat Coverlux White.
  4. Your delicious Mango Cake is now ready.
