Salted Caramel Brownie

Working Method

  1. Mix Cremfil Classic Caramel and Sea Salt. 
  2. Mix Tegral Brownie Egg Free with water for 1 minute at slow speed. 
  3. Add oil and melted butter and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. 
  4. Put the batter on a butter lined tray. 
  5. Pipe the salted caramel filling zic zac on the batter as shown in the picture, and make swirls with a toothpick in the batter. 
  6. Bake at 170°C for 35-40 minutes or till baked and your salted caramel brownie is ready.
