Working Method

Method: Chocolate Moist
  1. Add Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free to water. 
  2. Mix with a paddle for 1 minute at slow speed and 3 minutes at medium speed. 
  3. Once mixed add oil to the above and mix for 1 minute at slow speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained. 
  4. Spread 1/2cm thick on a tray and bake at 180°C.

Method: Brownie
  1. Use paddle attachment for mixing all ingredients together. 
  2. Mix for 1 minute at slow speed. 
  3. Add oil & butter while mixing at slow speed. 
  4. Spread 1cm thick on a tray bake at 180°C. 
  5. When baked and cold cut cube of brownies 1cm by 1cm.

Method: Caramel Cheese Batter
  1. Mix both ingredients together to get a marble like consistency.

Assembly:
  1. In a buttered ring, place a disc of Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free. 
  2. Pipe Caramel Cheese Cake Batter and insert cubes of brownie on to it randomly. 
  3. Top with more caramel cheese batter and bake at 160°C for 1 hour or till baked. 
  4. Decorate as shown in the picture to get Caramel Brownie Cheese Cake.
