Choco Lava Brownie

Working Method

  • Mix Tegral Brownie Egg Free and egg with a paddle attachment for 1 minute at slow speed and 3 minutes at medium speed. 
  • Mix the Melted butter and melted Carat Coverlux Dark at low speed. 
  • Mix with a paddle for 2 minutes at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained. 

Baking Time
Bake at 150°C for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Warm up Non Dairy Whipped Topping to 60°C and pour the chopped Carat Coverlux Dark
  • Mix gently until Carat Coverlux Dark is well melted. 
  • Store in the refrigerator to cool down to get your yummy Choco Lava Brownie.
