Working Method

  1. Take butter into a mixing bowl and cream with paddle attachment for around 7 to 8 minutes. 
  2. Add Satin Creme Cake Egg Free and other dry ingredients & mix till sandy texture. 
  3. Add Classic Moka for flavour. 
  4. Add milk slowly till it forms a dough. 
  5. Weigh 12 gms of dough & roll. 
  6. Bake it at 155 to 160°C for 20 minutes.
