Working Method

  1. Take ghee & castor sugar together into the mixing bowl and cream with paddle attachment around 7 to 8 minutes. 
  2. Then add Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free and other dry ingredients.
  3. Scale at around 20 gms each. 
  4. Before putting for baking spray Sunset Glaze and sprinkle with pistachio flakes. 
  5. Bake at 155°C to 160°C for 20 minutes. 
  6. Your Satin cookies is ready to serve.
