Method

  1. Mix the premix, egg, and water using  whisk attachment at slow speed for 1 minute &  at ahigh speed for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add oil and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Spread the batter on a silicon sheet & bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Once baked, spread Carat Supercrem Moka  on the surface & roll it tight.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour .
  6. Slice & serve.
  7. Your delicioius Moka Swiss Rolls are now ready
