Working Method

1. Mix the Pennix of Tegral Satin Masala Chai Velvet Egg Free with the water and with a paddle mix it for 1 minute at slow speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.
2. Add the oil and and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
3. Mix with a paddle for 2 minutes at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
4. Pipe the batter into muffin moulds as per desired portions.
5. Similarly make a batter for Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free, put into a piping bag & pipe Red Velvet lines as shown the picture.
6. Further garnish as desired.
7. Bake at 180°C for about 25 to 30 minutes
