Puravita Whole Wheat Banana and Date Bread

Working Method

  1. Put all dry ingredients, banana puree, add water one by one and mix for 3 minutes at speed 1. 
  2. After adding oil mix 5 minutes at speed 2. 
  3. Dough temperature should be between 24-26°C. 
  4. Bulk fermentation for 15 minutes. 
  5. Roll out and cut dough as per desire size and shape. 
  6. Proof for 50 to 55 minutes for 40°C and 85% humidity. 
  7. Bake for 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes. 
  8. Sprinkle icing sugar on top to serve.
