Working Method

Main

  • Weigh Tegral Satin Cocoa premix, eggs & water accurately. 
  • Use paddle attachment for mixing together. 
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed (speed 1). 
  • Mix for 3 minutes at high speed. 
  • Add oil and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. 
  • Add the figs & dates to the batter & mix it well. 
  • Put in the mould to its ¾ capacity & garnish with some figs & dates. 
  • Keep it in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or till baked 
  • Your Fig & Chocolate Cake is now ready.
