1. Egg free cake batter
2. RTU Ganache
3. Desiccated coconut
1. Weigh all the ingredient accurately, Mix the ingredients together with a paddle attachment for 1 minute at slow speed (speed 1), scape down the sides of the bowl, Mix again for 5 minutes at medium speed (speed 2).
2. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ‘C for 20-25 minutes or till baked.
Bake a plain tray of Tegral Satin Egg Free Cake. Once cooled down, cut regular squares, dip them into the melted ganache and roll them into desiccated coconut.
