Working Method

  1. Weigh all the ingredients according to the weight given Combine egg,suger and honey and then gently whisk the mixture for 4-5 minutes. 
  2. Add the flour and baking powder together and mix till smooth. 
  3. Add the melted butter and salt and mix till smooth. 
  4. Cover clean wrap and let the rest in fridge at least 1 hour. 
  5. Fill silicon moulds 314 full. 
  6. Bake at 240° C for 1 min then reduce to 200° C for 4 minutes, then reduce again to 180° C for 5 minutes.
