Red Velvet Chocolate Lava

Working Method

  1. Take cream, boil it and add chopped Carat Coverlux Dark and mix it properly.
  2. Take the Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free mix, add eggs mix at slow speed for 1 minute. 
  3. Then add the chocolate mixture and mix for one minute. 
  4. Put in to desired moulds and bake at 220°C for 6 minutes
