Working Method

Method

  • Weigh Tegral Satin Cocoa, eggs & water accurately. 
  • Use paddle attachment for mixing together. 
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed (speed 1). 
  • Mix for 3 minutes at high speed. 
  • Add oil and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. 
  • Pipe the Tegral Satin Cocoa batter in 40 gms muffin cups, then pipe Cremfil Caramel 18 gms. 
  • Pipe more 20 gms of Tegral Satin Cocoa batter. 
  • Bake it in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or till completely baked. 
  • Your Caramel Chocolate Muffins is ready to serve.
