Caramel Chocolate Muffins

Working Method

Weigh Tegral Satin Cocoa, eggs & water accurately.
Use paddle attachment for mixing together.
Mix for 1 minute at slow speed (speed 1).
Mix for 3 minutes at high speed.
Add oil and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pipe the Tegral Satin Cocoa batter in 40 gms muffin cups, then pipe Cremfil Caramel 18 gms.
Pipe more 20 gms of Tegral Satin Cocoa batter.
Bake it in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or till completely baked.
Your Caramel Chocolate Muffins is ready to serve.
