Working Method

Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free

Mix water and Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free for 1 minute at slow speed, then 3 minutes at medium speed.
Add oil to the above mix and mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
Spread the batter in thin sheets around 3 mm thickness and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes till baked.

Strawberry Cheese Mousse

Whip cream at soft peak, add Deli cheesecake & Vivafil Strawberry (250 gms) and mix.
Warm milk & add Bavarois & mix well.
Fold in the cream and Deli cheesecake to the Bavarois to make a strawberry cheese mousse

Ganache

Warm Non Dairy Whipped Topping at 75°C. Add chopped Carat Coverlux Dark. Make ganache & cool it.
