Working Method

Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free
  1. Mix water and Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free for 1 minute at slow speed, then 3 minutes at medium speed. 
  2. Add oil to the above mix and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. 
  3. Spread the batter in thin sheets around 3 mm thickness and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes till baked.

Strawberry Cheese Mousse
  1. Whip cream at soft peak, add Deli cheesecake & Vivafil Strawberry (250 gms) and mix. 
  2. Warm milk & add Bavarois & mix well. 
  3. Fold in the cream and Deli cheesecake to the Bavarois to make a strawberry cheese mousse

Ganache
  1. Warm Ambiante at 75°C. Add chopped Carat Coverlux Dark. Make ganache & cool it.
