Red Velvet Cheesecake - Puratos

Working Method for Step 1

Take Tegral Satin Red Velvet cake mix and water & mixed at slow speed for 1 minute.
Mix for 3 minutes at high speed.
Then add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
Bake it in thin layer sheets on baking trays at 190°C for 10 minutes.

Working Method for Step 2

Take warm milk and mix Bavarois.
Add whipped cream and Deli Cheesecake and mix properly.

Assembly

Cut the sponge into 9 inches round.
Take a ring put the first layer and pour a layer of Deli Cheesecake mix, Then take the second layer of Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free sponge put the Deli Cheesecake mixture.
Repeat the same again and cover the top with Deli Cheesecake and allow to set.
Once set properly de mould and decorate as shown in the picture
