Red Velvet Cheese Marble Cake

Working Method

Method #1
  1. Using a Flat/Paddle blade mix the Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free and water at speed 1 for 1 minute. 
  2. Then mix at speed 2 for 3 minutes. 
  3. Add oil slowly and mix at speed 1 for 1 minute (till the oil is mixed homogeneously mixed into the batter)

Method #2
  1. Prepare a ring with silver foil. Pipe in some red velvet batter. 
  2. Pipe some Deli Cheesecake. Alternately pipe in Red velvet and Deli Cheesecake
  3. Swirl with a tooth pick and bake at 160° C for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 
  4. Cool it and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Cut into desired shape and serve Red Velvet cheese marble cake.
