Mango Cold Cheese Cake

Working Method

Main Method
  1. Take warm milk, Bavarois Gelatin free and mix it well. 
  2. Add Cremfil Silk Mango and Deli Cheesecake
  3. Fold it in the Non Dairy Whipped Topping and chopped fresh mangoes into the cheese cake mixture.

Base Method
  1. Crush digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. 
  2. Set in a mould and fill with mango cheese cake mix. 
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours between -12°C to 18°C. 
  4. De-mould, garnish with fresh mango as shown in the picture.
