Red Velvet Cheese Bites

Working Method

  1. Mix Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free and water with paddle for 1 minute at slow speed and then 2 minutes at high speed. 
  2. Add oil while mixing at slow speed and mix for 1 minute. 
  3. Pour the batter on silicon sheet and bake at 200°C for 6 minutes. 
  4. Cut the Red Velvet Sheet horizontally into half. 
  5. Arrange one sheet in a large square open bottom mould. 
  6. Spread 400 gms of Deli Cheesecake and line it properly. 
  7. Put the second sheet on top and bake at 160°C for 45 minutes. 
  8. Cut in small bite portion and serve as shown in the picture
