Vegetable Cheese Breaks

Working Method
  1. Mixing: Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at low speed and 8 minutes at medium speed. Add vegetables and cheese at the end of mixing until evenly distributed. 
  2. Dough temperature:      26 to 28°C. 
  3. Bulk fermentation:         20 minutes. 
  4. Scale:                               400 gms. 
  5. Make Up:                         Bread Loaf. 
  6. Proof:                               40 to 50 minutes. 
  7. Bake:                                200°C for 20 - 30 minutes.
