Working Method

1. Mix the Tegral Satin Plum Cake Egg Free AF Mix and water at speed 1 for 1 minute using a Flat/Paddle blade, then mix at speed 2 for 4 minutes.
2. Add oil slowly and mix at speed 1 for 1 minute (till the oil is homogeneously mixed into the batter).
3. Add soaked nuts and mix at Speed 2 for 1 minute
5 Pour batter in a lined mould and bake at 160°C to 170 °C for 30-35 minutes or till baked.
6 Your Plum cake is ready to serve.

Note

If you are not using soaked fruits, add 2.5gms of rum essence.
