Chocolate Finger Bites

Working Method

  • Mix Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark Egg Free and water together with paddle attachment and mix for one minute at slow speed. 
  • Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. 
  • Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. 

Baking Time
  • Bake in a thin sheet at 180°C for 10 - 15 minutes.

  • Fold 50 gm of Carat Supercrem in 200 gm of Non Dairy Whipped Topping. 
  • Layer the sponge with above mix and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes. 
  • Cut the above into thin rectangle strips. 
  • Melt Carat Coverliq and enrobe the rectangular strips. 
  • Place the thin sheet of Carat Coverlux Dark & pipe cream on top and garnish as shown in the picture. 
  • Your chocolate finger bites is ready to serve.
