Otentic Orange And Chocolate Bread

Working Method

  1. Weigh all the ingredients together except Carat Cover - Dark.
  2. Make a dough with a spiral attachment on speed 1 for 2 minutes and on speed 2 for 8 minutes.
  3. Add chopped Carat Cover- Dark & orange zest. Mix for another 1 minute for 1 speed.
  4. Put the dough in the greased bowl for proofing. Once proofed, put the dough gently on the top flour bed on marble & cut as required.
  5. Place them on tray proof again & bake at 220°C for around 18 minutes in damper close & 4 minutes on damper open.
  6. Otentic orange & chocolate ad is ready!
