Otentic Fig And Chocolate Bun

Working Method

  1. Mix together flour, Otentic, salt, water and mix at slow speed for 2 minutes. Then 2nd speed for 3 minutes. 
  2. Add fig and Carat Coverlux Dark and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. 
  3. Rest for 20 minutes. 
  4. Divide in 80 grams and make round buns. 
  5. Proof for 40 minutes and then bake at 220°C for 20 minutes. Otentic fig and chocolate bun is ready!
