Glazed Peanut Butter and Jelly Doughnut

Working Method

  1. Mix Tegral Donut, Yeast and water together to form a soft dough. 
  2. Bulk Ferment for 10 minutes. Sheet at 7 mm. 
  3. Cut with a donut cutter. Prove for 40 minutes. 
  4. Once proved, fry till golden brown. (make sure the oil temperature is around 170°C).Allow to cool. 
  5. Inject Vivafil Strawberry and peanut butter as shown in the picture to get yummy Glazed peanut butter and jelly doughnut.
