Fresh Strawberry Donut

Working Method

  1. Mix Tegral Donut, water and yeast together for 2 minutes at slow speed and 4 minutes at medium speed. 
  2. Make a soft dough. Make sure the dough temperature is 26°C-28°C. 
  3. Sheet the dough to 7.5 mm thick. 
  4. Cut with a donut cutter. 
  5. Ferment for 40 minutes. 
  6. Fry the ferment donuts till golden brown. (make sure that the oil temperature is around 170°C) 
  7. Cool it & slice in the centre. 
  8. Apply Vivafil Strawberry and top with cut fresh strawberries to get Fresh Strawberry Donut.
