Chocolate Flourless Cake

Working Method

  1. Melt butter and Carat Cover Dark
  2. Seperate egg yolk and egg white, take half quantity of castor sugar and mix them with egg yolk and egg white seperately. 
  3. Fold the meringue and egg yolk mixture together. Add chocolate mixture and fold in almond flour and Deli Orange
  4. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes


  1. Allow the cake to cool. 
  2. Take Carat RTU Ganache and cover the top. 
  3. Garnish with Carat Coverlux White and serve.
