Cheesy Caramel Calzone

Working Method

  1. Mix easy savoury snack with oil dry ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Add water & milk one by one at speed 1. 
  3. Then put for 2nd speed for around 5 minutes. 
  4. Add soft butter and mix it for 1 minute. 
  5. Take out the dough and keep for bulk rest for 8 to 10 minutes. 
  6. Sheet the dough for 1 mm thickness and cut into the size as per required. 
  7. Fill Cremfil Caramel in Deli Cheesecake and cover it up with the same. 
  8. Do the topping on the unbaked calzone. 
  9. Keep for fermentation around 30 minutes in the proofer at 40°C for humidity 80%. 
  10. Before baking spray Sunset Glaze to get a very good shine & glossy texture. 
  11. Bake it at 220°C for around 12 to 15 minutes. Serve it as sweet snack.
