Working Method

Method #1

Mix all ingredients to form soft Dough.
Rest for 20 minutes.
Then roll 3 mm thick and dock.
Prove for 20 minutes.
Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.

Method #2

Once half baked, spread the sauce.
Top with filling and cheese and bake again at 200°C for 5-8 minutes.
Your Savoury Pizza is ready to serve.
