Blueberry Cheese Crumble Pie


Method for Crumble

  1. Using a paddle 
  2. Mix cold butter and Satin Creme Cake Egg Free till mixed into a rough crumble
  3. Use thin crumble for topping the finish Blueberry cheese crumble pie 
  4. Then bake the mixture at 180°C for 15 minute

Method for Short Paste

  1. Using a paddle 
  2. Mix butter till smooth 
  3. Add Satin Creme Cake Egg Free and almond flour till it forms son dough 
  4. Line the dough in pie moulds


  1. Mix Deli Cheesecake and Topfill Blueberry 60% together 
  2. Put the mixture in pie mould lined with short paste 
  3. Cover the top with crumble 
  4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minute
