Working method

Tres Leches Cake

With a paddle attachment, mix all ingredients for 5mn at medium speed. Use 2 frames. Spread 300 gr of batter per frame 30X40cm with foil in the bottom and bake.

Soaking Syrup

Mix the milk and Dulcerio together. Take the baked Tres Leches cake and soak it for 4 hours before you decorate it or freeze it.

Whipped Cream

Whip the Festipak to firm texture and pipe on top of the Pastel Tres Leche.

Fruit Filling

Spread the Topfil Finest Strawberry on top of the soaked bottom layer of Pastel Tres Leches.

ASSEMBLING

Soak the bottom part of the Pastel Tres Leches, spread the Topfil Finest Strawberry 70% and a thin layer of Festipak on top. Top off with another layer of soaked Pastel Tres Leches. Spread a thin layer of Festipak and cut into triangle shape portion. With a Saint-Honore nozzle, pipe the S shape whipped cream and add some dots of the Topfil Finest Strawberry 70% to decorate your cake as a Christmas Tree.
