Working Method

  1. Soften the Carat Supercrem by melting it for 1 to 2 minutes 
  2. Add mix nuts. Put the mixer in piping bag.

Preparation

  • Take three fillo pastry sheets, brush melted butter on top. 
  • Pipe Carat Supercrem on one side, roll it completely till end. 
  • After rolling brush. butter again on top. 
  • Follow the same process for remaining rolls and place them on rectangular butter greased tray. 
  • Bake it at 150 to 160°c for 25 to 30 minutes till it gets golden brown colour.

Assembling

  • Once the rolls are baked, cool down completely. 
  • Cut the rolls in 1 inch strips. 
  • Pipe the Brillo Neutral on top and granish with chopped pistachio and dry rose petals. 
  • Serve warm.
