Method

  1. Mix with Spoon/Spatula the Tegral Red Velvet Cake Egg Free with water for 1 minutes, until no lumps are seen in the batter
  2.  With the help of a hand mixer, mix the batter for 2 minute on speed 1, pour in the oil and continue mixing for 1 minute on speed 1,increase the speed to 2, and mix for 2 minutes
  3. Grease 6 inches cake pans (two) pour around 375g batter into the pans
  4. Preheat the Microwave Convection Oven to   180⁰ C, place the cake pan with batter in the Oven, with the help of the timer set the baking time for 38-40 minutes, and start baking
  5. ·After 38-40 minutes of baking, prick the sponge with a toothpick to check if the cake is done, if the toothpick is clean remove the cake and keep aside to cool
  6. Once Cooled slice the cake in three layers and use according to assemble to into a celebration cake
