Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free 1000 g
Water 380 g
Oil 200 g

Method

Weigh Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg free mix & water together

Mix using a paddle or flat attachment at low speed for 1 minute. Scrape the mix after.

Mix using a paddle or flat attachment at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Add oil after this process.

Mix using a paddle or flat attachment at medium speed for 2 minutes

Bake at 170 to 175 degree celsius for 25 to 30 minutes
