Badam Kulfi




Heat Milk, Saffron , cardamom & fresh cream together & rest for 30 minutes to infuse the flavour.

Boil the mixture & pour over Cremfil Classic Vanilla & Bavarois.

Add Almond Powder to the mixture.

Pour the ready mixture in kulfi moulds & place an ice cream stick inside.

Freeze the product overnight.

Once the Kulfi becomes hard, demould , decorate with some chopped pistachios – Saffron strands & enjoy.
