Method

  1. Pipe Deli Caramel inside the dates/khajoor.
  2. Melt Carat Coverliq upto 45⁰c.
  3. Enrobe the date with help of chocolate dipping tools  at 36⁰c & sprinkle some dessicated coconut as garnish as shown in picture.
  4. Let it set & serve.
