Working Method

Method
  • Make a dough using the above ingredients and do the lamination as for puff dough. 
  • Sheet and cut in rounds. 
  • Place them in muffin tray. 
  • Pipe Deli Cheesecake and bake at 170° C for 30 minutes.

Optional
  • Sugar and can be sprinkled on top before baking.
